Will my computer run slower if I install Vize?

No. Vize will not install any resident program, nor it will be running in the background. System files size may grow but this has no impact on system performance.

After using Vize, first reboot took longer.

That's not a question, but we'll field it anyway:

According to XPero: This happens because Vize tells Windows to remove in use system files during first reboot. Next reboots will take the normal time.

I've installed and used Vize patcher, but I can´t see the difference from original Windows. Where are they?

For now, Vize only changes old resources in system files. There isn't a dramatic cosmetic change, but after using Windows normally with the Vize customizations applied, you will notice a consistent experience with the GUI.
